Fegley Oil Company

Recommend Raricks oil, Evan’s oil, Hiles bros. This oil company use to be good now it’s seems to be doing very poor at answering questions and providing service. Nancy is bitter must hate her job has the worst attitude to the point she doesn’t care in her own words. What kind of customer service is Fegley providing. Do better Fegley get yourself people with good attitude and good work ethics that enjoy their job.

Quotes 1 to 3 days for delivery, so I placed an order. On day 3 I called to check the status and was told 5 to 7 days now. When I said I wouldn't have purchased had they told me that to begin with, the man told me it was my fault for waiting so long. I will never give my money to a company who speaks with a customer like that and who cannot keep their word to their customer. You don't know what people are going through or how often they get paid. How dare you blame me for your inability to deliver as promised at the time the order was placed.

Delivery between 1-5 days but takes out your payment on day 1. Then when you call after day 3 just to see when someone would be coming because they needed to come in house and you know people work, they couldn’t provide an estimated day or time on when they would be able to come. So between 1-5 days people are supposed to be home all day waiting on them to come? Ridiculous! They also have a nasty way of speaking with their customers. Their customer service alone deserves 0 stars. Take your money elsewhere, where it’s appreciated and where they value their customers.

The delivery drivers show up with a rude attitude and act like doing their job is a hassle. As a new customer paying for a service, you would expect to be treated with respect. If anyone is looking for a new heating oil company, look elsewhere.

Have used fegleys for years. Great prices on oil and easy to see current prices on their website. Had them for service twice to clean my furnace and the workers were very nice and thorough. I recommend them to anyone I know
