I cannot say enough good things about Victory! I called them a few minutes after they opened on Friday 12/05/2025 due to running out of oil Thursday afternoon. They told me it was no emergency but they will be at my house same day. Dave was at my house by noon with all the heating oil I could use! We had a good conversation about the area and Victory fuel company. He gave me a few calenders and magnets. All in all the best experience I had with a home heating company and will be a forever customer as long as I'm still using oil. Thank you to all at Victory! Happy Holidays!

Driver was very friendly and courteous! Fit us in since it was cold and we were almost out even though we were kind of outside of their service area. To me that is excellent customer service and makes you feel like you matter. Thank you and will definitely get our repeat business.

I was unhappy with the current price my heating oil supplier that I had been using for a long number of years was charging, so I decided to shop around. I came across Victory Fuel's website; their website showed the HO price, it was very easy to find. Their price looked much better to me so I decided to call them up. My call was answered very quickly by one of the two owner/ partners of the company (who was out in the truck delivering fuel to customers) and I thought that was a bit odd, just because it's not what I'm used to. But he got right down to it, I finished relaying my location address and some payment info. and then BAM just like that... the oil was on its way to my residence. Awesome experience with Victory heating oil. Called for information since first time user. Gentleman answered all my questions and was courteous and knowledgeable. When oil was delivered- driver was great. Our dog was at locked storm door and he was very sweet with her. Great experience snd tremendous value. Will be using again.
