Traveling behind a Fehn dumptruck on highway 101 and a rock came out the back of the truck and was witnessed by 2 people. The rock cracked our windshield and split from side to side. We called the company and they claimed it wasn't them. Even though we took pictures of the truck and the crack. I understand things happen but they weren't the least bit understanding, cooperative or helpful. The company i drive dumptruck for comes across this same scenario from time to time and we always make it right. Very disappointed in the quality, service and professionalism in Fehn company. I would expect the same if you hired them out for an excavation job.
