ice guy, but super unreliable and you'll probably need a lawyer to get him to get the quality you deserve. He takes shortcuts and will fix up some small things, but will blame you for "wear and tear" on his poor workmanship on more serious issues. Where should I start explaining this nightmare? If I had paid half what I did, I'd feel like I got what I paid for. Instead, we paid a competitive rate. - Broke numerous MN Statutes during our engagement, including not pulling electrical permits. Claimed it was an "oversight". This should be second nature. - A 3-4 week project took 10 weeks. After tearing apart the kitchen, they were at my house to do work 3 times in the first 3 weeks. - The paint on the cabinets is coming off, not even 3 monhts after he left. - He claims the cabinet maker (Bonk
