Dan & John are so friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, dependable, and honest! We have hundreds of people come through our home every summer to help prep school supplies for students in need, and they all keep their shoes on (to save time). Our area rugs, sofa, and loveseat get dirty, but Northwest always makes them look brand new. It's an amazing difference, and we are very grateful for their top-notch service. We've used them for the last several years and can't say enough good things about them. Their prices are reasonable, too, and they've always been upfront with prices so there are no surprises (unlike some other companies we used in the past).

Carl did an awesome job at treating and cleaning my carpets. He did A bedroom, hallway, family room, flight of stairs and the living room. Plus a big area rug he cleaned on sight. Now I can host Christmas for my family here and get my business Makers on Main Street going. So happy to have my home back to clean again. I’ll get everything set back up and clean out the 2 other bedrooms and my Makers room downstairs and have Northwest carpet back.

A great experience! Communication throughout the entire process was very much appreciated, everything from the booking confirmation, to the time of arrival and payment, which was fair. Mike was here when he said he would be here and finished on time as well. He was very respectful to me and my home and explained the entire process with great efficiency. He got to work quickly, cleaning two rooms, stairs and a rug and they are like new! I had no mess to clean up, he turned off lights and thanked me for using their service. I would no doubt use them again and recommend them to everyone. A nice hometown experience with superb service.

Northwest Carpet Cleaners really gives you the red carpet treatment! they were very respectful of my home and protected the hard flooring with rugs and the corners with protectors! pricing was upfront and no bait and switch added fees after they get into your house. if you’re in their service area don’t bother calling anyone else. they’re a family owned business and treat your home like theirs! 100/10

We recently purchased a new-to-us sectional and called to schedule a cleaning. They were able to come out within the same week, which was amazing! The sectional looks brand new! No residue, no smells, and they even removed a tough stain we didn’t think would come out. Fair pricing, accurate timing, and great results. This will definitely be a yearly service for us!
