We were very pleased with our experience with this company. There were a couple hiccups in the process, but they were corrected quickly and did not affect the overall install. Josh, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and made recommendations based on our specific lot that other companies didn't mention during their estimates. He was available for all of our questions and was a pleasure to work with. This was our first fence install, but the price seemed reasonable compared to other estimates we received.

What really stood out was how they handled the entire permitting and HOA approval process — especially since my HOA took forever to approve the ARC form. They followed up regularly, stayed on top of everything, and kept me informed the whole time so I never had to worry. Fence Mall did a great job for the truly best price!! Tyler was just fantastic with his kind service, happily accommodating small changes that were required. An absolute pleasure to work with! The crew did leave some refuse, but did a beautiful job overall. I would definitely hire Fence Mall again should I require another fence.
