Fence Outlet beat out the competitors pricing and did an amazing job in the install. Jarad came out to discuss our options for a fence and was very knowledgeable and professional. He made the process very easy. Jordan with Ireland Survey, was friendly and efficient. He was very respectful of our property as well as the neighbors. Top notch service. Michelle from the office was in constant communication letting us know when the survey company was coming, the installers and follow up which is rare these days. It was very much appreciated. I was recommended by my neighbor, and I’m so glad I went with Brian. He was the estimator who came out, and he was very thorough and explained the whole process clearly. The price was right, so we decided to move forward. He even helped me with the HOA process, which made everything so much easier. Very happy with the whole experience!

Fence outlet did an amazing job on my fence from start to finish the experience was amazing. Mike from sales came out and took the time to listen and explain the whole process in detail and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. Then the crew came out and man they put This fence up in a blazing 110 degree feel like heat in a half a day . And left not even a single mess behind only a beautiful white fence . And to close out Denise was very timely to make sure everything went well and thankful for the opportunity that we chose them to install . I highly recommend them as they have very good prices as well as top notch customer service . Something that’s hard to find nowadays. Will be sending people definitely their way when they need a fence for sure .

This is a fair account of our experience. Maureen, our initial contact person was wonderful, worked very hard. The rep that came out was great. We had full faith in Fence Outlet at that point. I *had* seen several not so favorable reviews. I was skeptical. There were concerns and road bumps with the initial installation. Eventually Penny responded and made sure the right person came out to address things. Corrections were made, as were adjustments. In the end Penny on behalf of Fence Outlet did everything in its power to rectify and make sure we were satisfied.
