Fence Smith & Gate Automation

We are repeat customers with Smith. Third time we have had them do fencing for us, and we are totally happy. This time was asked them for some custom metal fencing near the house to replace wood for fire protection. It turned out great and the neighbors complimented us on the look.

Fence Smith aka Mike has done work on both of my backyard fences, one side in March 2017 and the other in April 2023. One neighbor wanted vinyl and the other neighbor wanted wood, so both types of materials were used. Both times the BEST prices, EXCELLENT work, QUALITY materials. I rarely do reviews, but I have to tell everyone you will not go wrong with Mike. Family business with 30+ years of experience and HONEST. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Mike has creative solution for every challenge. Despite the current 14 week waiting period, the wait is worth it. I'm not alone in waiting. THANK YOU Fence Smith!!!!

Our 20 year old fence was definitely showing its age. The neighbors had been suggesting a new fence was needed as our property borders the neighborhood. I’m pretty handy, and there aren’t many home improvement projects that I won’t DIY. But man am I sooo happy I went with Smith fence!!! Two days after they started, the 250’ fence was complete, and man have the compliments rolled in from NEIGHBOR’S and friends. After the test it endured last week from hurricane Hilary, clearly the construction was top notch. Shop around. But you won’t find a better price, or end product in my opinion than Smith Fence. Could t be happier!!!!!

You will never find a better fence man than Mike Smith at Fencesmith. He is a God loving great gentleman. I couldn't recommend him more. He is doing an amazing job on our automatic gate on Hidden Lake Lane. We look forward to using his services in the future.

I found The Fence Smith on Yelp. I sent out a request for a quote to a small handful of fence companies. The Fence Smith responded relatively quick; however, setting up an appointment was long an tedious. They seemed to be more concerned about there schedule than mine...first red flag. After several attempts, scheduled an appointment...like two weeks out. The owner, Mike Smith, showed a little early. We spoke for a few minutes. He stated he would get my quote to me via email over the weekend..second red flag. It's not like I have some super complex fencing need. All the other contractors produced a quote within minutes of measuring the fence. We'll the weekend has come and gone...no quote. I sent them a remainder. No response. I sent a second remainder...no response... third red flag.
