Fenix always does a great job and are very quick to reply to questions or concerns. They’ll come back if there’s a problem and are willing to be flexible. Trevan is one of the technicians that treats our house and he is always professional and courteous. I appreciate the fact that he explains what he’s doing and how it helps, and his attitude is polite and friendly.

Nick was our technician for our regular service. Nick came to our house at the exact time he had promised. He was very polite and immediately took off his shoes as he serviced the inside of the home. He asked us questions about any problems we may be having and made sure he had the correct application. he even cleaned some cobwebs in our garage. We were very pleased with his service.

We have had Fenix Pest Control since we bought our new home in 2020. They are always reliable and easy to work with on days and times for their service. Nick H has been our service guy and he does an outstanding job, He goes over everything that he will be doing. He asks me if there’s any problems or issues. Very professional.. Our dog Harper loves him.

Nick Houzenga came out to get rid of a very large hornets nest. While here I had them do pest control inside and outside our house. The total cost was less than I anticipated for just removing the nest. Both guys were very professional and friendly! I called them late on Friday and they were here on Monday.
