We had our kitchen counters installed by Ferrazoli Imports 19 years ago. They did a phenomenal job and we have lived the design and the granite that we picked out. There were a few nick’s on the edges that appeared over the years due to damage that we caused with hitting by pots and pans. I called the fabrication dept and they set us up with a time to come out and take a look and actually repair several of the spots on the counter. Chris did a great job filling in the nick’s and polishing the granite for us. Just remember those little nick’s can be replace and they’ll do a great job for you and you’ll be very happy!

Danielle was amazing a asset to the company she made it all happen for me in a very critical situation for the decorators who made a mistake on an order that needed the tile on the truck for our Wednesday delivery after the cut off time . Ferazzoli Imports/Genrose/Galleria Stone and Tile supplied and fabricated Honed Black Storm Granite with a Satinstone finish for my kitchen, and it was installed by Paul White Tile in Portland ME. Early on, it became obvious that the countertop was badly scratching and chipping around the sink (see photo) to such a degree that I wondered if it was truly granite. I've had kitchens with honed absolute black granite, polished rosa beta granite and super white quartzite and have never experienced any of these issues. I reached out to Ferazzoli and was told it was normal wear and tear and that there was nothing they could do. Wow, what a selection. Their facility in Middletown is impressive and they are constantly brining in new and interesting product. Their team was a great help in finding exactly what I needed for a unique problem and it looked perfect when it was done. Recommend Ferazolli highly.
