I didn’t even get a chance to explain my situation and my need before I was shut down. The sales person on the floor, never inquired if I had purchase the light from them, or even greet me with a “can I help you?” I was just rebuffed with “the parts are brand specific”. I had the part in hand, I needed a creative solution for a sloped ceiling. I didn’t get a chance to even explain the situation. She was so rude. I am so disappointed. I thought that they would be perfect place to work with, plus I was looking to purchase a fan, another ceiling/chandelier and Kohler replacement for my bath/kitchen. The 30 sec. “Non” interaction cost them money. And my respect.

My father and I stopped in to inquire about track lighting and the woman at the front desk was so dismissive and unhelpful- quite rude in fact. It was obvious she didn’t care or want to answer our questions. She finally told us we were better off going to an electrical supply place- which she could have said right away. I don’t know if it was ageism or just pure indifference- but I would never go back there.

buying Electrical Plumbing and kitchen appliances and I think this place has everything you need and at superb prices as well. Our sales person, Christy, showed an encyclopedic knowledge of her products with the most superb kind manner. I asked her to give me a good reason not to go to ABC warehouse or Best Buy and she did exactly that. This fine employee would be my choice for a higher level administrative job in any company. Horrible experience! Spent thousands on a new home build. Parts to build site arrived damaged. No accountability. Can't reach anybody. Worst "phone tree" I ever encountered. Avoid at all costs, unless you thrive on incompetence and frustration!

I called our plumber of 23 years Walters and Hemming to talk about installing a new toilet. They set up an appointment for me and then suggested three companies to go to to order the toilet. The first one I went to was Fergusons, Christie was very nice and showed me two toilets I could order, in the color bone, I called her the next day she was off, so I emailed her with no reply back. I finally got a hold of her after the weekend and told her I would go with the less expensive toilet, as it was for the guest bathroom. She then told me if I was going to go with that toilet I’d have to order it myself, it would come from New York and it could be damaged by the time I got here, so I said OK then let’s go with the more expensive toilet.
