Ferguson HVAC Supply

Frustrating experience. I called ahead to confirm they had a basic 120V-to-24V transformer, but was sent to an outdated address listed on Google/Apple Maps. After calling back, I was given their actual location and told the address just hasn’t been updated. Once there, I was told they couldn’t sell me a generic transformer, despite it being a common off-the-shelf item—something never mentioned on the phone. For context, I work at a very large tech company and routinely purchase from industrial suppliers Went down the street to Grainger, where I bought the part immediately with no issues. Save yourself the time and headache—shop elsewhere.

If I could give a negative rating, I would definitely give this store a -100. The manager went out too long for lunch and couldn't get any help from this. Until I got the parts from other stores, they did nothing.

The crew at Ferguson/Air Cold Supply in San Jose are the best! From the manager Daniel, the front counter (Gustavo, JJ, Max) and everyone in the back warehouse - are knowledgeable, fast and easy to work with. Definitely my favorite place to shop at for my HVAC equipment.

Website is offline, none is picking up the phone, none is answering to the message, staff just ignoring everyone. I was waiting yesterday for hour, today I spend another hour. Nonsense. Worst supply shop ever
