When the big box retailers could NOT figure out the type of faucet stem for an old tub I needed - if I could find help that is... these guys figured it out in literally a few seconds. The stem is perfect fit, saved me a ton of aggravation. Thanks so much, I will be back!
not impressed. Three guys behind the counter, not one offered to help even though I was the only customer in the store. When I finally asked for help, they were not interested in helping me solve my problem. after spending all of about a minute looking at my part and listening to my issue, he said "contact the manufacturer; it's not a standard size." Turns out it IS a standard size, they just couldn't be bothered to help me. Well, that's ok, some other store got my money.
Ordered online. Came to the store and representative answered all of my questions in detail, offered advise and recommendations. They even loaded heavier items on my truck. Will definitely use again
