Went in for a replacement part for my Kohler Faucet. Emmanuel could not have been more helpful. I didn't have the brand or part number at the time, and he quickly researched it and got right back to me. INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!

Our builder had an account with these guys and used them to select some really expensive built ins / panel ready appliances from Jenn-Air. the process was a bit slow and I had to do a lot of research on my own since they didn't provide much guidance. However, I put that past me and since the builder had an account it was probably the easiest method. I also used them to replace a full set of appliances in a rental property we owned too at the same time. Keep in mind this was probably in total well over 40K of high end appliances. Scheduling was a nightmare and so was the installation.
