After meeting Kemraj Feddy yesterday, I have changed my mind and do not want to work with Ferguson. Homeowner here, doing a full gut renovation of my bathroom. I left the showroom feeling uncomfortable, frustrated and discouraged. The entire interaction was like pulling teeth, he is very difficult to communicate with, he did not offer suggestions, no help at at. He told me that I needed to do more research regarding a tub drain... isn’t that the reason I’m there to hash this out with guidance? I don’t see the point of having a showroom if the sales people are useless. I also witnessed how Kemraj treated a customer over the phone and felt like he was very unprofessional. Showroom help was terrible after coming back to the store a second time I was finally able to place an order a toilet a shower base and a shower body toilet I wanted they didn’t have even though it’s on display at showroom,Half of the order was at different locations so I had to get 2 separate deliveries first one arrived a shower base filthy filthy dirty it looked like it was returned to store numerous times and the second part of my order the shower body NEVER arrived they said it was delivered but because it was in Montauk no one was there to sign for the delivery I still had to pay for the item that I never received and after numerous calls to Darren salesman who said he was checking on it he just never called me back. I went to Blackman's showroom to look for shower fixtures. I was helped by Ronin. We has very helpful and patient. He went out of his way to make sure he met all my needs. They are pricey, but you get what you pay for.

I highly recommend Blackman, now Ferguson Plumbing, in Mineola where I’ve made many purchases over the years. I would like to mention that Wesley, one of the associates, has always been very helpful and patient when I’ve been unsure of which product would be best for my purpose. He also, just recently, directed me to the Greenvale store, where I dealt with another wonderful associate, Ronan Avramov, and made an important purchase. Great selection and really very helpful associates.
