Friendly upon my first time entering, then immediately hostile upon my remark that the part I had received was bad out of the box, with retorts such as “I’m not falling for that” and “You just got this today… it can’t be bad”. Most of which were said by the instigator, a seemingly middle age man with graying long hair and beard. I will not be returning, especially when I am treated like a scammer rather than a customer

About the most unhelpful guy I ever met. I come in to ask about a part. He barely looks up from whatever he was playing with on his computer during the whole conversation. Told me they didn’t carry the part anymore cuz it’s not code, sorry none of their stores would, don’t know any place in town that would carry it, sorry can’t really answer any questions about the part cuz they make different parts… You get the idea. He was totally dismissive and couldn’t care less if I was able to find what I needed or not. 0 service, 0 advice/help, 0 craps given. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Great knowledgeable staff that is always friendly and willing to help! Their pricing is very fair and competitive and with their second to none customer service it is the preferred place to go.

People are vary nice and vary helpful willing to help u order something if they don't carry it
