Salvadore is the Best Counter supervisor I have seen. He is super knowledgeable and skillful. I have a shower faucet issue: it can not stop dripping. It needs a special Delta cartridge. My busy plumber can not get the right cartridge after he tried 2 stores. That old cartridge is also very difficult to be removed. To avoid to cut the back wall to replace the whole valve set and save some money and hassle, my plumber suggested me to take pictures and video and to go to the different plumbing stores to see if I can find the right one. I went to 4 plumbing stores to look for that special shower cartridge. All of the other 3 store staffs do not get which brand or model of the cartridge from the pictures and video. Unprofessional and inconsistent handling of a warranty request. Our water heater manufacturer (Reliance, under A.O. Smith) provided a valid part authorization number and directed us to pick up the warranty replacement part from Ferguson as their local supplier. I called ahead and was explicitly told the part was in stock and could be collected with a warranty form. When my husband went to the location, we were unexpectedly denied and told Ferguson only honors warranties if the unit was purchased from them - directly contradicting what we were told on the phone the previous day. The manager claimed to have confirmed this with A.O. Smith, but the manufacturer later verified that no such call was made or documented. This caused unnecessary stress and delays and reflects poor communication

My experience here is limited to searching a very specific shower tub spout. Juan helped me find the exact spout based on the design and his experience. Mind you I went to two Home Depot’s and another plumbing hardware store. All the other stores did not know what brand or how to replace the broken spout I brought to the store. Looking back, in my opinion, the associates could have easily measured the hole size and threading on the back of the spout diverter to determine brand and replacement set. I decided to install a new kitchen main faucet, under-sink 3-stage water filter with dedicated drinking water faucet. The filter is connected to a tee off the cold water input. All components ordered separately so I was facing the difficult task of finding the correct hoses and fittings to connect everything together. I knew if I went to Home Depot or Lowe's I would not get expert advise, so I drove to Ferguson Plumbing and Supply with a diagram I drew.
