Ferguson Plumbing Supply

Visited this place for the first time. Despite the outdated environment, the cashier’s unprofessional behavior was appalling. He was unhappy from the start, asking for help to find a part. After a few questions, he abruptly left, seemingly indifferent. I tried to be polite, but his irrelevant questions made it impossible. The service was terrible. I was about to talk to supervisor but looks like that guy is the supervisor and acting like that - no way I would recommend this place to anyone.

Kept on the phone waiting every time I called Just Sana Ana branch though. All other Fergusons great customer service

I was there on Friday May 16th about 4:30 in the afternoon, looking for a single lever shower tub and its trim. I looked for that item even online and couldn’t find it. They didn’t have it either but the gentleman at the front desk whom I didn’t get his name, spent 12 minutes looking for it online and printed the details so I can place the order online. How nice can a person be? There was no money to be made for that store that day but as a Real Estate Broker they are on my referral book forever. God bless them, A happy experience, just amazing.

guy at front was VERY helpful found exactly what I needed even though I didn't have the measurements on me he figured it out with just bringing the ball valve i had, I definitely like the parts he gave me from the original one I brought, thanks again my RO system is back up!

Called Monday to make an inquiry and was told I would get a call back by Tuesday. It's now the end of day Wednesday. Apparantly they no longer want new business. I've also been waiting for a call back from the Orange Branch on an unrelated item. Is it really so hard to communicate?
