Truly recommend this company. They are great and responsive. I had called and left a message on their emergency line and had a callback within half hour and as unfortunately at the time the city had shut off the water. It was actually the city worker who recommended Fernco to me as I had no clue who to call for this type of work. Within the hour Brandon came out and was very knowledgeable, respectful, and upfront about my options after assessing the situation. They took care of the rest. Grateful for their support and great work!

I had a home sewage effluent pump problem. I spoke with Dave and he was honest and knowledgeable about my situation. Frenco Services sent Brandon out to diagnose my problem. The technician called when he was on his way, was thorough, professional, explained what he was doing. We were totally confident that he knew what needed to be done and how to do it. And he had all the parts that he needed - that's not always the case when we have a repair person come out without knowing the extent of the repair. We would highly recommend Fernco.

I had a problem with a slow running drains and I was referred to Fernco because the issue looked to be with the grinder pump. I called Dave, he got back to me in 10 minutes and had someone at my house within an hour. Alex was the technician and he explained what he was doing and checking. He determined that it was the grinder pump and swapped out mine with a loaner pump all within about 1/2 hour. Extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Very responsive from the initial phone call through the service technician's work on the issue.

Thanks Fernco! Dave was awesome to help me on the phone to diagnose a septic problem I had. He patiently walked me through some self checks to determine that I didn't need his services but needed a rooter service. He even recommended a rooter company that was top notch. Fernco is a good honest business.
