Roger & his crew at Silva Built Construction were professional from beginning to end. After my consultation with Roger (which was totally free and had zero pressure btw) we picked out EXACTLY what I wanted for the roof replacement. His quote & insurance info was provided to me ASAP and was totally reasonable. They left my property even cleaner than before they had started. 10/10 would recommend again to anyone looking to have their roof replaced. Also, my roof looks amazing! We had a custom chimney cap made as well that Roger personally put on & I can not say enough good things about the outcome. Replacing a roof can be stressful and this removed all of it. Thank you!

I recently used Silva Built Construction to get a last-minute temporary 15 yard dumpster. When I called to get information, I was able to speak directly with the owner, Roger, and received incredible customer service. Pricing was competitive, and communication was fantastic. When I needed an earlier than planned pickup, Roger worked with me to accommodate the changes. I appreciated the ability to sign digital contracts, making it easy to see terms of agreement ahead of time. When he came with the dumpster, he and I started talking about a future exterior construction project (my roof will need replacing soon); he provided quick insights and ideas I hadn’t even considered! Talk about going above and beyond! I will definitely be using SBC in the future. Highly recommend.

Roger and his crew are the best in the business. As a contractor, Roger is the most straight up, honest and dependable person you will find. From dumpster rental, to demolition/disposal of some old junk around the yard , everything was done on time and with amazing communication throughout the process. A+++++ . 5 stars .
