Couldn’t have asked for better service and installation. We were getting our kitchen redone and cabinets refaced and painted. They had a counter top company they worked with but after a few visits with that counter top company I just wasn’t sold on them. I went with with Rapha because they were open and honest. They told me about any issues they might run into so there wouldn’t be any surprises (mainly with our backsplash, but ran into no issue with it). We had a top picked out but they gave me advice why on why it might not be a good choice. Due to the seam we needed the lines might not match up well and it could be very visible . The entire process was phenomenal. They made it very easy and very transparent about everything. Any questions or concerns I had they would answer payment was smooth and convenient considering my busy lifestyle. Recommend anyone looking for countertops to use them. In terms of pricing it is fair. I looked at more than five different estimates they were the cheapest, but in my opinion, they were best bang for your buck in terms of quality and price.

She took time to answer all of our questions. She was upfront about the time-line because it was a new product- but it actually came in early. She always answered my texts and emails promptly. If you need stone for any reason these are the people to go with! They placed stone around my fireplace, the quartz for our kitchen, and even repurposed our old granite from our kitchen for both our vanities in our bathrooms. They are excellent with communication and deliver an even more excellent product. Even our large quartz has no seam!! Could not recommend this company enough.
