Corey and Crew did a great job. They were prompt, friendly and executed their work like skilled professionals. Stripped the existing shingles to decking, new layer of 1/2" plywood, installed the GAF roof system in oyster grey, new lead flashing on the chimney and new gutters. Their price was good.

Our condo association used Ferschke and we were really pleased. They did a variety of things; siding, snow removal, roof fixes, and estimates. These guys are great (and nice, too)!

Ferschke Construction came highly recommended for replacing our roof shingles. They responded immediately when I first contacted them, and followed through quickly with an appointment to look at the job. Our property manager looked at the plan and costs, and confirmed the quote met industry standards. A Dumpster and materials were delivered exactly as scheduled. On the day of the job, the team, supervised by a manager on the ground, put a protective covering over all surrounding landscaping. They worked safely and efficiently to complete the job. And the site was throughly cleaned afterward. We were very happy with the work.

Corey Ferschke was recommended to me by my sister. She gave his company (and him) glowing references for the work they did for her. I agree totally with her opinion and assessment. Corey is very professional. He shows up when he says he will (usually early). His work is top notch. He has done a roof with gutters and downspouts.
