Thom's Well & Pump

Had an emergency issue. Called Thom’s Well & Pump. They put me on their schedule for that day. They were at our home by 3:30 PM. Issue resolved by 4:40PM. Thom, Carlos & Ray were phenomenal. Ray from Thom's Well & Pump installed a new submersible well pump at my home on October 28, 2025. The last time I replaced the pump was in 1990. While it was still working fine, I thought some preventative maintenance was a good idea. Good pumps might last 20 -25 years (those with less quality don't last those many years). I didn't want the pump to fail in the winter or on a weekend. Thom's was recommended by a friend. I checked the reviews and they were great. Ray and his assistant had a competitive price and provide a 5 year guarantee. I told Ray to please check out the components and if he thinks any components needs to be replaced let me know. The well is 45 years old, so Ray suggested he replace the drop pipe. I agreed. He mentioned that the electrical wire was a two wire

My well pump stopped working last night, called and left them a message. Returned my call immediately and came out first thing this morning as we agreed. Highly recommend. Very up front and honest

Exceptional, professional service. My well was brought up to surface from a pit, and hydrofracked. I was producing 1GPM at best, and now am around 8GPM with a modern and sanitary well head. Thom and team were happy to entertain my questions on the process and their neat fabricated pump rig. At the end of the job, they found a wire break quite a bit down. They did not hesitate to get the right rig out to come fix it that evening right at dusk. Estimates were accurate, the work was exceptional, the people were great to have around for the day.
