Ivan and his coworker did a great job! Treated my house with respect. Kept me updated in progress. Cleaned any debris that was created. Pleasent to talk to. All of this in 15 degree weather. Once install completed, made sure I was happy with the product and the installation. Great guys for sure.

I Purchased a patio door to replace the one in my 100yr old drafty house. The price was a bit much it included my door and prehung frame Hardware frame outside AND wooden frame inside and threshold and of course installation. I do see the quality in the craftsmanship and the care the installer made when installing my door..I will say almost immediately I felt the retention of the heat in my house. I purchased the door with a RBA salesmen who came to my home and sat with me and my husband for over an hour. they have a number of payment options which was great for me I was able to pay half in cash and half by financing We eagerly anticipated the installation of this door and had to wait nearly 2mths. Sadly my waiting time was Dec to Feb and this year 2026 out of all years we suffered multipl

Everyone that we dealt with along the way were friendly and very easy to work with, from Adam in sales, to Ivan who measured, to Andrii and his crew who did the installation. The cost is higher than others, but well worth it. The windows and new door look fantastic.

Alex and Eugene are a dynamic duo. They are very polite extremely knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. It is very apparent that they love their work and that they take great pride in what they do. They pay great attention to detail and notice the smallest possible imperfections and work very diligently to correct the situation. I would recommend their installation team to anybody! Hands down the best experience I’ve had as a homeowner in 25 years. From sales to measuring to installing - these people are killing it with customer service. My installation team blew my mind with their hard work, attention to detail, friendliness and perfectionism. The windows are beautiful inside and out, I wish I got them 10 years earlier. They were pricer than what you’d get from the bigbox installers but the quality is honestly noticeable with the craftsmanship and the screens and hinges- everything is just higher quality.
