Wow, do I ever recommend F.H. Furr Plumbing! Christmas week, the handle on the kitchen sink came flying off. Well, my partner was certain she could fix it because she’s replaced several faucets before. After two days of working on it and numerous trips to Lowe’s (water lines were too short and we needed extensions, etc.), on Christmas Eve morning we decided to throw in the towel and call a plumber. Not knowing any plumbers, I remember seeing lots of F.H. Furr vans everywhere. I googled the company and was impressed with their ratings and recommendations. I thought to myself, what are the chances someone would come on Christmas Eve? The F.H. Furr electricial technician Christian done a amazing job, installing an outlet in my crawl space. My particular job had its challenges, he met the challenge head on and exceeded my expectations. Chistrian, was professional, on time, neat and showed care for my new construction home. He was a great ambassador for F.H. Furr, such that, I even signed up for their annual service. I will see more of them in the near future, and will recommend F.H. Furr to friends and family who have any electrical, plumbing, and HVAC needs.

Jason came out to look at our expired split unit and look at our main unit. From the time he walked in until him leaving he was extremely personable and professional! He was complete and thorough and told it to us straight and gave us options and suggestions to correct everything and more. He even had the rep out that night to price out our new unit and get the issue resolved in an timely manner. Colton was very good. He explained his findings well and will return to install the new part. This initial portion of the service call was very good. Overall the process was rocky. The delivery of the replacement part was handled poorly. Initially we were informed the replacement part was in-stock and simply needed to be shipped. Obtaining an update on the part delivery and the installation date was arduous. We made numerous calls for updates and were assured we would get a return call. No one called us back. Eventually the part was tracked down and it appears Colton drove to the Georgetown location to pick it up. The part was intended to be shipped to Dover..oops. We are grateful to have heat finally. Colton's service was very good and noteworthy.

We had to have a new water softener installed. Adam came and was ready to get started. He was very professional and explained everything he saw and was doing. He later checked the water pressure to the house to ensure everything was working properly. He also provided helpful ideas to improve our water system. Great experience!
