We were able to schedule very quickly as we were about to move into a rental home that had NOT previously been cleaned. The multiple pet stains were also treated on all carpets upstairs and looked and smelled great afterwards! Prices are very reasonable and owners, Shane&Jen, are wonderful to do business with! I must include Peggy in their office, she was very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable! Highly recommend Fiber Tech!

I wish I could give them 10 Stars!!! Shane and Jen were absolutely amazing. Very informative the whole time, made my carpets and tile look brand new. I have hired multiple carpet cleaning companies in the past! That within a week my carpets would look like they were never cleaned. Not this time!!! I will continue having them come back!! We only have a small amount of carpet on stairs and a hallway that we wanted cleaned. When we scheduled the appointment, they asked if we had some other areas we wanted done since the size of the area we needed cleaned was smaller than what was covered under their minimum charge. So we decided to add two area carpets to the request. This is a family run business and they really do take care of their customers. Shane & Jen communicated well with us and we knew exactly when to expect them at our home. They were both very friendly folks and we enjoyed chatting with them. All we can say is WOW! The stairs and hallway look fantastic and we had no idea how dirty the area rugs had gotten! What a tremendous difference and the bill we received was VERY reasonable for the work performed. We

When I tell you my carpets were filthy, they were filthy. Shane and Jen did AMAZING my carpets look brand new! Bonus they are both super sweet and friendly! We will use them again without a doubt!

Shane was very honest and professional about removing printer ink out of my carpet. Thank you for giving us a chance to not replace the carpet.
