I reached out to the owner, Steve, in late March to discuss several small electrical projects at my residence, with the possibility of using his company for major projects at this property and others I own in the area. Steve spent almost an hour and a half assessing the work, and we agreed to schedule the work for "a couple of weeks" later, to which I consented. Despite sending monthly text reminders to Steve to schedule the work, I received little or no response. He led me to believe that he would perform the work, but by September, it became obvious that he had no interest in doing business after previously agreeing to. Needed an electrician immediately to clean up a mess of work so that we were in compliance ahead of propane hook up in the dead of winter. Steven was very reasonable, responsive, professional and came in a little under his estimate. They are my electricians going forward.
