Two other companies could not diagnose an issue we were having with septic venting in our bathroom. Chris figured it out and his technicians did awesome, careful work to fix a complicated problem the right way. I highly recommend them.

Called Juliano Plumbing & Heating on a cold Friday afternoon for a No Heat situation in my home. They dispatched one of the partners within 1 hour, assessed the situation, and got my heat back on in 45 minutes. Ryan was polite, knowledgeable, and explained what he found and how he was going to fix it. We then talked about some ways to avoid the situation from reoccurring. When I had an issue with my furnace, I called a friend who worked for a local HVAC company. Both he AND his supervisor were unable to figure out the issue. So I called Juliano Plumbing and Heating. Not only did they come out that very same day but the found the problem, and fixed it on the spot. They were courteous, professional, trustworthy and very reasonably priced. If you decide to choose Juliano Plumbing for service be prepared to pay double for the cost of any materials used. They bill with a 100% mark up. If they purchase a fitting for $30, you will be charged $60. While there is no real and certainly no ethical justification for this, they apparently have put it together so that they make more profit at the customer's expense. I was told that other plumbing services make use of a 300% mark up. And that, I suppose was intended to make me feel "unhad". Again, the cost of skilled labor is billed at $175 per hour and the cost of unskilled labor is $150 per hour. I find it hard to believe that the hourly wage plus any benefits paid to each of these categories of workers does not leave a profit margin for the business far in excess of what i
