Nate and the Northland team replaced our 37-year-old furnace with a new ThermoFlo oil furnace, and they did an excellent job from start to finish. And they did it on the coldest day of the year! From our initial call for an estimate through the day of installation, the team was prompt, professional, and consistently communicative. They even went above and beyond by relocating and patching sections of ductwork that were inconvenient for us as homeowners. The Northland installation crew (in-house employees, not subcontractors) were respectful of our home, kept us informed of their progress throughout the day, and left the workspace clean when the job was complete.
