This company has actively made Lucks Ln. a dangerous road. Due to the poor construction design vehicles leaving neighborhoods can not see what they of traffic they are merging in to. The construction workers park personal vehicles in the yards of homeowners causing more damage. The workers are also incredibly rude and will walk into moving traffic without warning of any sort of PPE to distinguish them. Judging by the smell of diesel that saturates the air every morning, and the actual amounts I've seen spilled on the ground the EPA should probably be involved too. Also, this has been rough on people that actually live in the area especially with pets because for the last 4 years this 1.3 miles of construction animals have been acting up due to the house if heavy machinery. Two years behind schedule on Lucks lane. It’s like a kid is behind the scenes scheduling this thing. Dangerous lane closures and merges. Just the fact that it takes 4 years to widen a 1-1/2 mile stretch is ridiculous. I see them tearing up curbing that they just put down... over and over and over. Please god.. finish this.

For the amount that chesterfield county is paying for the Lucks lane expansion you would hope a company would want to stay on track for a completion day ...but not this company... only a year later and still not compete. Also the safety the company and workers have for themselves is absurd I can’t count the number of times a site worker has ran across traffic or between cars or any of the machines that the workers drive all without a flagger making it dangerous for themselves as well as drivers. This is a JOKE of a company.

They have made a mess of lucks lane. They’re very good at playing/parking in traffic. Even saw two guys sitting on the ground talking to each other. I suppose this is what Chesterfield county gets for going with the lowest bidder. What a quality company, I bet it’s run by a quality family....

Your work on Lucks Lane is pathetic. Just so you know...everyone around here hates you. PS...there is a blind spot at the four way stop. This needs to be fixed immediately. Given your previous speed of work...the word immediately probably is not a part of your vocabulary. Scrubs.
