I’ve been with Fieldings for over three years. Recently due to no changes by me, they have changed my account status removed my post payability and have fabricated charges that are not related to my account. have improperly handled billing on my account, including, but not limited to sending a bill receiving payment in full as listed from the bill then sending another bill stating that they made an account error and I owed them immediately several hundred more dollars. When questioned about This the company took three months to respond responded by stating that it had waived the balance and then they proceeded to To cash only Prepaid When asked to speak with a supervisor employee state that they are the supervisor and that there is nobody higher. After having my propane tanks sold to someone (I did not have a say who). I was a bit wary of Fielding’s Oil since I had preferred a different company. That said they are very friendly and were very helpful in getting my propane set-up to code. The gentleman that did the work was a pleasure to work with—he was very reasonable and explained things along the way. Would recommend for propane service needs.

Not the best propane company around the greater Portland area. My neighbor had a metal wire attached to their tank 🤯and I informed Fieldings about the issue and they didn't seem to want anything to do with that problem. I'm sure the person who answered the phone knew the severity of the problem⚡ and the danger relating to it but they still avoided the matter at hand. Not a safe thing to turn the other cheek too. Their prices are very high and the driver of the truck was very rude!! Not a situation you want to put yourself in trust me call the competition it will benefit you in the long run! ⛑️💡

Delivery was on time, early hours in the morning. Driver was nice, explained how system works and some other details of tanks and filling. Good to know stuff.

The assistant, Sarah, at the Windham office was amazing. So personable, friendly and so efficient! I had many stops during the day and this was the best by far! Thank you, Sarah ☺️
