We had a fantastic experience with Mark and his crew. They were extremely busy when we contacted them so it was a few months wait time, but they started and finished the project exactly when they said they would and they were absolutley worth the wait. The floors speak for themselves. We have gotten nothing but compliments on how beautiful they are. We are so very happy.

We had our 100+ year old wood floors redone when we bought our house during the pandemic. The whole crew was very professional and scheduling was easy. The reason I can't give 5 stars is that we immediately noticed nails sticking up from the floorboards, then within a year the filler they used was gone, and now the boards are cracking so badly that we can see into our basement in several spots. I wish they would have just explained that the floors were too old & thin to refinish, and we would have gladly replaced them -- before we spent roughly the same amount anyway, moved all our furniture in, and had kids crawling around on the nail-ridden, crumbling floors.
