Nikki was super helpful and great through the whole process. We had carpet and hardwoods installed last year for a great price with great product. There was an issue with the wrong pad being brought out initially, but they corrected it promptly and we were really happy with the results. I highly recommend Final Touch Flooring!

Really great experience and highly recommend. After checking a couple of flooring companies (one big national brand), I was frustrated with the push sales and lack of info on an older home wood floor install. My project wasn't huge, but Newburn with Final Touch Flooring was a huge help. He was able to take a look, answer my questions, and get me some quotes. No pushy sales tactics, listened, and was able to help with all my questions. The floors turned out fantastic, but the professionalism was even better.

Great experience from the beginning to the end. First it started with Audrey helping us pick out our flooring and tile she was very patient and very knowledgeable. Working with Tony Higgins was great he knows his stuff when it comes to flooring. These guys were the best we are in the process of building a house. And it's nice to run across some good contractors that do what they say they're going to do.

They have completed several projects for our home including replacing carpeting, sanding and refinishing hardwood floors on 2 separate occasions and replacing carpet with luxury vinyl tile in our basement. The hardwood floors look amazing again! The new carpet and vinyl installs also looked great! Any small issues were handled amicably. I have recommended this company to my friends and would not hesitate to recommend this company for your flooring needs:). Good, hard working people:)

Final Touch Flooring Group recently did all of my floors in my home and my master bathroom tile. Out of all the quotes I received they had the most competitive pricing. The are licensed and insured which was a plus. I had them sand and stain my hardwoods, install new luxury vinyl tile, install new carpet, and complete my bathroom renovation. They installed the same floor as other big name companies but were half the price. They were on time and kept everything very clean.
