We booked this lot through spot hero. Apparently we were a few minutes late getting out and we had to pay $10 extra to exit. I would be okay with a few dollars for a few extra minutes, but $10? Total jerks.
Just left. It was a nightmare getting my car back. None of the kiosks were accepting cards and they tried to make me wait for a repair man. The security guards looked and acted stoned. The whole thing felt scammy. I waited around for 15 minutes and then magically when I mentioned calling the cops I was free to go.
Takes too long to leave. Traffic backed up inside the garage
Great parking area not to many $$ security great
Good location and safe. Closed to Pike Place Market.
