We hired Mr Gragg to refinish our hardwood floors and he has exceeded our expectations. He is very experienced and knowledgeable and helped us understand our options. We have enjoyed working with him and his team and highly recommend his services. He started the job on time and finished as scheduled. The communication was great, and the quality of work was outstanding Our floors basically look brand new! Very pleased with his work.
Fine Finishing Hardwood Floors has taken advantage of my elderly Mom. She was 82 years old with many medical conditions and her mind not as well as it used to be. My mom passed away and now I have asked Dan to make this right as the refund of all cost. The project was never done the materials have never been delivered.
I've been very pleased with the work done by Mr. Gragg. I honestly didn't think the floors would come out this nice, but he was able to make it happen!
