Doing our house build Finished Concrete was the only company to show when they said they would be there. Hard working crew!!! The owner was on site 2 days after emergency surgery... who does that??... Great Business!!

*Update: After months of trying to reach Justin, we are now going to be taking them to small claims court and have reported them to the Licensing Bureau. Customer satisfaction Is certainly not a priority and the office staff (his mother/wife?) will not even allow calls to through to the owner. We were told to go ahead and contact an attorney (and we did) without any response. We asked for a copy of their insurance certificate and they refused. Perhaps they are not actually insured. Otherwise it would not be a problem. Again. We have a slip and fall situation. I wonnder how many other customers have had a poor experience. We had an epoxy floor installed in our garage. The initial work was very good. However, we have standing water near our two drains that pose a very dangerous slip and

Cant get a quote out of them. They no quoted a barndo and garage package. No quoted the porches. Now I have tried for 3 months to get a quote on grinding the floors. They cant even tell you they aren't interested.

Terrible service. Matt Bayne can’t even pick up the phone to return a phonecall or message left with his receptionist. Forget about getting a return email. Not even sure why this guy has business cards….
