Finney Drilling & Excavating

I've been working with Larry to drill our well since Nov 2019. He's been hard to communicate with but I also understand he is busy. I've been very patient and understanding. I sent him an email this morning and received this response: "Brad I’m probably not going to be able to drill your well at this time. I’m so busy In the westcliffe area sorry". He may do quality work but I'll never know. I've wasted a year and a half working with Larry. I would avoid at all costs.

Finney Well Drilling was excellent from getting the permit to scheduling to putting in the well. I highly recommend them.

Larry was very honest about his schedule. We felt like we were pestering him but he always responded and never got irritated. He was able to fit us in and he was extremely professional to deal with and provided a fantastic well!

In this covid messed up world everything takes too long. That being said Larry is a great guy. I had no problem getting in touch with him. He kept me updated on when he'd be able to do the work. Many well companies right now won't even answer the phone they all have too much work Thanks Larry you did a great job !

After repeated requests to secure a drill date, and after waiting nearly TWO YEARS to get our well drilled, we were left with an expired permit and no water well. The Finley's then blamed us for the permit expiring and rather than making an attempt to make it right, they told us to find another driller. SO.... now we start over. I imagine the man does good work but the communication was horrible and the follow thru was non-existent.
