Fiorilla Heating Oil

We needed an oil delivery from our local & long standing delivery service and was refused due to expected snow storm and wanted an additional $150 for delivery. We called Florilla’s Oil in Bethel and was told they can have an delivery by Saturday, however to our surprise they showed up Friday morning! Now that’s pure customer satisfaction and the driver was pleasant & friendly as well. Florilla’s Oil is #1 on our list, not the others who requires a minimum or a contract. While they have good prices, and are good in a pinch. I highly recommend not using them for automatic delivery. They are unreliable. Each year that we have been on automatic delivery, they have not managed it well. Every winter with them we have had at least one circumstance where they did not schedule properly and our system ran dry and went into lockout. When asked specifically why if last year’s dates of delivery were less than a month apart, this year’s dates would be scheduled at more than a month, they had no answer. Though they will get you on the schedule that day if you have no oil, it doesn’t solve the problem they created of not having any heat.

I have lived in my house for 40 years and have had several oil companies, but I have to say I have never had a better oil company than Fiorilla. They truely care about their customers and treat us like we are members of their family. I have had some personal hardships over the past couple of years and Fiorilla HeatingOil has worked with me like no other company I have ever had.If you want a company that really cares about their customers you must have Fiorilla. I switched from another provider to Fiorilla many years ago and couldn't be happier. Their prices have been consistently lower than the other providers, and their service has always been fantastic. Delivery is always on-time, and they've bailed me out more than once when I needed an emergency delivery.

Fiorilla Heating Oil is a very reliable and amazing company. The staff is always accommodating. I called Friday morning for oil, they were able to delivery same day. I am very satisfied with their service. Can't thank them enough....
