When Terry came out to see what we needed and give us a quote. He was very detailed and explained everything up front. Brad, his installer did an amazing job with his team. Brad took his time and explained everything with the thermostats and units. We had a new 2.5 ton heat pump and a split unit installed. Everything was done professionally, neat, clean. When they were done everything was back to normal. I highly recommend Fire&Ice for your HVAC needs. Let’s not forget the office manager, Heather. She was awesome and kept me updated on total process. Terry was recommended to me by my Realtor and within minutes of my call to his office he sent his guys over FREE OF CHARGE to look at my unit. His prices were by far the best out of the estimates that I received that week from Larry & Sons and Johnson & Johnson and the only downside to using this company- and the reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5 star, was that his team was very busy and could not fit me in for 2 weeks.. Which in the hottest month of the year (August) seemed like an eternity. On the scheduled day though, they were here as scheduled and Travis was very polite and friendly, taking time to explain things about the repair to me and giving me helpful hints to keep the house cool. I highly recommend this company!

Fire and Ice put in our new heat pump and air conditioning unit in our addition. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, plus their prices were quite reasonable! When one of our parts failed recently on our a/c unit, they were here in less than 24 hours to replace it. We definitely like doing business with this company and highly recommend them.
