Highly recommend this company especially if you have a Google Nest or other smart thermostat!!! Kevin was very knowledgeable about these thermostats and how they work with the more traditional boiler and ac unit that was already in our house. We had a problem all of a sudden with the thermostats malfunctioning(no power to rh wire, then later issues with the common wire). Google customer service was a nightmare! You need to be very handy to say the least to be able to follow their troubleshooting over the phone, and it cost me many hours away from work to do all of this. I had a different hvac company in the area come out and they could not find the problem, instead they incorrectly diagnosed and recommended repair after repair when the previous one didn't do the trick. Fire and Ice is amazing. Every interaction with them from routine maintenance to emergency calls is met with prompt attention and understanding. Jenny is amazing and all the service techs we've ever had out to the house are kind, courteous, patient and welcoming of questions. Very reasonably priced and never take advantage.

I have been doin business with Fire and Ice for the past few years and have had an excellent experience with them. The office staff Emily and Shaina are wonderful to work with . They have always tried to accommodate my scheduling even though they are always busy. They are friendly and easy to work with. The technicians on their staff have always done a thorough job and are very professional. Kevin on his recent visit went above and beyond and helped discover some important maintenance items that needed to be addressed. Gary the owner is careful and thorough and I feel is very honest and straight forward. I have been very pleased and am comfortable recommending them.
