It was a pleasure working with Guarco construction for a driveway replacement and a new sidewalk path up to the house. When Carl and his son arrived to give us a quote it was very clear how knowledgeable they were and quickly responding to various questions we had. The crew arrived promptly and tore up our 50 year old existing driveway (or what was left of it) and returned after a week or two due to lots of rainy weather. Carl kept in communication throughout that time so we knew what to expect. Crew came by and finished the job in 1 day and you can tell had good chemistry as each person seemed to have their own place during the process. We could not be happier with how the new driveway and sidewalk look!!! Thanks Guarco Construction Team!!!

Carl Guarco completed a new asphalt driveway/family sports court/grandchildren tricycle surface this past August. The Guarco Construction personnel were stellar in their working skills and interaction with the homeowners. As promised, Mr. Guarco provided a proper rainfall drainage slope with no puddling of water. The fee was very reasonable and the work was completed in short order. I recommend Guarco Construction to anyone interested in the construction/repair of an asphalt covering.

And most importantly - he and his crew did a great job. I don't have a "before" photo, but believe me, the driveway was a mess previously. But look at how great it looks now!

We met during the initial walkthrough/planning, we then met during the final pavement work. Great communication from Carl along the way. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Side note...
