VERY UNRELIABLE DIDN’T SHOW UP. Called to get my fireplace serviced in late June, on a Friday (the only day I can get off work to meet service personnel). Was told they don’t work on Fridays during the summer. OK, I get that. Called again in August to see if they were back working on Fridays, and the answer was still no. So, I took a day off from work and scheduled a 9:00 meeting on a Tuesday. No one showed. I called, and they had moved my appointment over a day and a new time, and did not bother to call and ask if that would work for me. Now, I’ve lost a day off and still don’t have the work done.

We purchased our Bullfrog hottub from fireplace outfitters. They were extremely thorough on the installation of our hot tub. Shortly after installation, we started to have an issue that the team recognized eventually was an electrical issue with the house, not the hot tub. The team was so diligent and worked directly with our electrician to resolve the issue. The level of service and diligence we received was exactly why we chose to work with fireplace outfitters. I would highly recommend them!

We took advantage of their sale on patio furniture recently. Their sales person Kevin was really easy to work with. We are very impressed with the appearance, quality and comfort.

Bev went above and beyond to bring our gas insert back to life. Not only did she get it working again but she cleaned it, added new logs and made it look like new! We are so thankful to have it before Christmas. Oh and by the way, she did this all during a huge snowstorm with a smile on her face!
