We've worked with High Country Heating at Conrad Brothers Construction for many projects, and their work has always been top-notch. They are professional, reliable, and maintain high-quality standards, which is why we continue to collaborate with them. We noticed a recent review that mentioned our boss's name and company name in association with a negative experience. We want to clarify that the individual who left that review has never been employed by or associated with Conrad Brothers Construction. We highly recommend High Country Heating for any construction project.

Rick and his crew at High Country Heating installed our heating/ac mini split system as well as our ERV when we built our house. They did an excellent job but what really makes this a 5 star review is that their customer service is outstanding. Our a/c decided to shut down during a heatwave and they got it back up in running super quick. If you need quality installation AND service, High Country is the best!

I wish I could give this company a 10 star review! My elderly father lives in Hailey and I'm visiting for the week. We had an emergency with his water heater not venting properly and leaking CO2. We drove to their shop (because dad insists on scheduling in person :) and they literally dropped everything. Ruben Jr. followed us back to dads house immediately. Ruben and his co-worker installed the new venting in less than an hour, and made sure their were no clogs. They were wonderful communicating with and reassuring my dad. I am so incredibly grateful to know that this company is nearby and available to help when I'm so far away. Thank you High Country Heating!!!

The guys at High Country Heating are great! Very cold new year's day in our house as the furnace stopped working. Although the guys were extremely busy, Larry quickly helped us trouble shoot and get us back up and running. We really appreciate their expertise and great customer service.

This is a customer service rave. This is a review that can let you know how awesome their staff was when they were asked for something a little outside the norm. We bought a $500 AC unit. Super hot outside and inside, we have a vent... It doesn't fit. It's a Friday, everybody is gonna close soon. Already went to one place, they couldn't help. Take a stab at calling a professional business, maybe today is lucky. When you hear those wonderful words: "yeah we have that," and "I'll stay open a little later to help you out." Boy that was a godsend, and to top it off, they even cut the thing so it would work. So, if that is what kind of awesome experience you're gonna get, even on a hot Friday, and at closing time.
