White Cloud Carpet Cleaning

Not satisfied with white cloud carpet cleaning. I contacted them several times by email and phone. My wool rug is in worse condition then when they came here. Not only did I have to move a heavy couch and coffee table. (really?) and move d them back with the one guy who came to clean my 10x8 rug. But they put the coffee table (metal) back on the wet rug and it left rust stains. Called to tell them the problem. They were not very responsive. Claimed I called the office number or his cell by mistake. All and all. Even though they came back to fix the rust stain an redo the traffic areas again since the rug was still the same before they cleaned it. Traffic areas still dirty. And rust still there. I flew in to Idaho from South Carolina tend to my dad's estate after his passing. I reached out to Micah with White Cloud. Micah was so accomidating with working to help me with my limited time in Idaho. Due to my dad's age he was unable to to care for his home. Micah came in a spent countless hours steaming the tile floors and walls in the showers, cleaning away years of build up. I was shocked how amazingly they looked when he was done. He then steam cleaned the hardwood floors that were way over due. It was unbelievable the amount of grit and grime that he was able to lift out. I had a wool area rug 8 x 10. It had a couple of areas that need a cleaning. They came and cleaned it and put my metal coffee table back on the wet rug. It caused rust stains. They came back. I told him that the traffic area still looked very dirty. They redid the rest stains and the traffic area. The outcome is the rug looks worse than when they came. And the rest stains came back. Bought a new rug. Not very happy. Contacted them several times, but they did not get back to me. They did keep asking me to write a review. So here I am! I don’t like leaving a bad review. But this is very disappointing.

White Cloud has cleaned several wool and wool and silk rugs for me. All were done to my complete satisfaction. Very reasonable price and easy drop off/ pick up.
