Highly recommend Fireside Hearth & Home. We have a small room addition that needed just a little extra warmth so we decided to check out some electric fireplaces. The person working helped us find one that happened to be brand new. So new no one had seen this unit before. It took about 4 weeks and when the unit was delivered to the store, the owner personally delivered it, unboxed it and got it going. This unit you can add water to which helps provide a realistic flame affect. We both were really impressed and it provides just the right amount of heat to make the room cozy. We have used them 4 times. Once to buy and install an insert to clean the chimney, to move and install the same insert in our new home, then to install a second freestanding stove. Every time the service was timely, professional, done by knowledgeable people, and done right. We have some minor repairs and sweeping to get scheduled soon, and will use them again. The regency insert we bought through them gets used hard every year.

I ordered a replacement wall heater for an apartment. It arrived on time and was waiting for me when I picked it up. No issues.

We walked in this shop ready to buy either a new glass for our gas fireplace or prepare to be told that our fireplace needs to be changed out because it’s so old. None of that happened. The gentleman in there was very honest and said to us all we need is a glass cleaner to clean the stains off of our glass of our fireplace we totally appreciate his honesty $12.99 instead of probably $1200 or more to either get new glass or a whole new unit. Thank you so much highly recommend this place.
