James Thomas Heating & Air is a great company for you HVAC needs! Mike was my service technician today and did a great job explaining to me the status of my equipment. He was very prompt and called ahead which I appreciate. Their office is also great to deal with because they always call and schedule my appointments every six months without me having to think about it. Great company, and great service.

James Thomas Heating and Cooling recently installed an ERV( fresh air ventilation machine),whole house dehumidifier, and air purification system in our spray foam insulated home. They did a wonderful job listening to our concerns and coming up with an action plan to address the livability of our new home. They were very professional, conscientious, detail oriented and responsive to our questions. This is the HVAC company you want to hire! They are trustworthy, knowledgeable and reliable people. Billy was fantastic! I have used this company before and the professionalism both times has been fantastic! Billy came out, assessed the issue with my furnace, ordered and expedited the part since we were without heat, and was able to get it installed quickly! Fair and reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I can not thank James Thomas and his expert technician, Billy Davis, for their heroic work yesterday. Two days without heat and 5 inches of snow; never got about 20 degrees and we had no heat. James personally drove out Billy to our house, as Billy's van did not have 4x4. Where do you get that type of service, on a Sunday. 30 minute fix and we were back in order. The graciousness, expertise and overall servant attitude was remarkable. This is a clear example of these two folks being obsessed with their customer's needs. They have earned a lifetime customer.
