Once I contacted John, he went out and diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the replacement parts right away. After the repair, a secondary issue wa discovered and he was very quick to fix that as well. I would definitely use and recommend Mountain Appliance Installations again

Great experience with John from start to finish. He installed a new dishwasher and let us know what the last one failed so it would happen again. Also, fixed several other appliances at our cabin and even saved us money by cleaning our dryer, instead of just replacing some parts. Highly recommend.

I was first impressed by other reviews so placed a call to this business. I received a recording which prompted me to leave a text. I did not find that option so called back hoping to leave a voicemail or get instructions again, instead a VERY rude man answered and asked me why I called again. I apologized and tried to explain… He rudely interrupted and said I am closed for 2 weeks and hung up on me. How do you treat people that way and remain in business??? Wow!

John was great! He accommodated our schedule for the work, and was very knowledgeable. His rate was very reasonable for an in-home repair service. I will definitely use his services again.

I had John repair my washer and install my new propane range. He did a great job completing the work. The range was a LP conversion and difficult to fit in but he spent extra time and got it done. I will use his services again.
