Chris McSwiggen and Sandy Wells are super personable, friendly, and professional. I enjoyed talking to them at the PSBA conference and learning more about their services.

I have used Firewater Response for several restoration projects and I am always impressed by both their responsiveness and follow through. Stefan is a great resource and I know that anytime I call him that he will get it done.

At my place of employment we experienced a small catastrophe, but with the help of Firewater's team, we were able to get everything back up and running in no time! The service was incredibly fast - Heather immediately had staff on their way to us, and she kept us updated throughout the process. The gentlemen who provided the actual service - amazing! Incredibly professional and very nice about everything (and it was a Friday late afternoon call!). Furthermore, after the incident, their entire team was so helpful! From working with our insurance to, again, the guy picking up the machines, everyone was an absolute pleasure to deal with - and the rates were great!!! Thanks for everything Firewater!!!!

We used them when a toilet broke in our upstairs bathroom. They were the contractor assigned by our insurance company. It was an emergency so we didn't have time to check them out or our "requirement" to use them. We just had our bathroom remodeled last year and discovered when they removed the exterior wall drywall that Firewater replaced 15 years ago they didn't put ANY insulation in the exterior wall. Something that would have been easy to do and cheap. They didn't rip up the old subfloor and several years after they completed the repairs our floors creaked a lot. The water damage delaminated the plywood. Unprofessional work. Ultimately it's my fault for signing the authorization to pay. I would encourage anyone that if you have to use them to watch them like a hawk and question them

Shoddy work, had to have people come in later and redo their mistakes. Who puts a hardwood floor over the main heating vent? They did! Installed a cabinet against the all that was cracked. I wouldn't have found it but had to take the dishwasher out because they didn't put the tabs on to attach it to the countertop so it was wobbly. Didn't paint the wall all the way down; piecemeal on the hardwood floors. I called them 3 times about the heating vent and they NEVER returned the call.
