First Choice Window Door and Deck

I couldn’t be happier with the work that Russ McClain and his crew have done for us. He took a plain screened in porch and turned it into a beautiful 4 season room for us. Fabulous windows, gorgeous tile floor, bead board ceiling and under new windows- really stunning! He added a new door and new steps leading out of the room. We are so happy with this company, that I wanted anyone that’s looking for a true transformation to use first voice window door and deck.

Russ and his team did an amazing job! 100% would recommend them to anyone and already have. They did such a good job my neighbor walked over and had him do his the next week.

First Choice Window Door and Decking in Clayton, NC just finished a 6x10 front porch and a 12x16 back porch overlooking our in ground pool. This company has done a fantastic job! My ideas and imput from their ideas has made our new additions perfect! We bought a house in Selma NC last year and the only thing it lacked was a screen porch. It did have a large deck on the back of the house. We got a couple of bids and picked First Choice because their bid was in line with the other but the intangible vibes we got from Carlton James the sales manager were persuasive. Russ McClain, the owner, met with us and we developed a plan to use about one-third of the existing deck for the porch, cover it with an A-frame gable and create a vaulted ceiling inside. We replaced the entire deck with Trex synthetic planking, underlay the floor with screen, and got new railings and steps. Once the work started it took about six weeks to complete. We are very pleased with the results. The subcontractors were friendly and skilled. There were no "gotcha" cost

Great service, communication, and excellent finished result. We replaced the original windows in a 50 year old house, and Russ was super helpful in the process of choosing the right window options, trims, etc. to upgrade all the windows while still maintaining an original “style” to the home. The crew was professional and got the job done on schedule, and the end result is a major improvement. All around great experience from start to finish.
