First Class Air HVAC

First Class was a lifesaver! After being quoted double by another company and having to pay a dispatch fee, First Class came to the rescue. Chris was great and showed up promptly, was honest and quick to resolve the issue (boiler transformer) and got our heat back and running within the hour.

Brian set the tone for respect, courtesy and trust giving me the quote--then, even coming for a few minutes on the day of install. Chris, Erol and Dino example what being a good team is. Each knowing and doing his part of the overall job to completion. They finished over an hour ahead of themselves--no arguing, no cussing--just focus. All done on a VERY wet day--and each soaked to the bone with not a complaint. I have my new furnace before really cold weather sets in; and look forward to being cooler with my new A/C next season. Rob and First Class are lifesavers! We use First Class for our business and home. They are always fair and honest. The AC in my home stopped working overnight and my house was 85-90 degrees all night. I called First Class and just a few hours later Rob showed up and fixed what ended up being a minor issue thankfully. I know nothing about air conditioning systems and I easily could have been taken advantage of. Rob was totally honest and fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes!
